Abstract: 

Banking transaction is one of the most important economic issues in the Islamic society which faces many challenges and problems. One of the most important arguments in this field is about parties’ intention. Since Shiite jurisprudences consider that contracts are dependent to parties’ intentions, the question is that whether the criteria in contracts is the intention to use or the intention to create? And because both parties may not be acquainted with the religious contracts, is this contract valid or not? This research is descriptive-analytic attempts to the jurisprudential principal whish says “ contracts are dependent to the intention” and adapt it with banking transactions. It seems that contracts are dependent to the parties’ intention to use not their intention to create or their real intention. Therefore signing the banking transactions in which the status of parties’ is determined before is sufficient to verify the contract and solve this problem.

Abstract: 

Introduction: In the current research, it has been tried to qualitatively study all kinds of policies and measures necessary for alignment between teacher preparation programs and democratic social education competencies under the model of teacher education curricula, which include: direct (official) curriculum, Indirect curriculum, informal curriculum (implicit) and unstructured curriculum (hidden) should be identified in the educational system. Method: Qualitative approach and phenomenological method were used in this research. The field of research is Farhangian University of Hormozgan and the participants are  13  lecturers of this university. The sampling method is a combination of convenience and snowball sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview. The information was analyzed using thematic analysis method and then using MAXQDA software... Result: The information was analyzed using the theme analysis method and then using MAXQDA software in the form of 2  overarching themes, 8 organizing themes and 25  basic themes. The results of this research showed the basic policies and measures for teacher preparation programs, in the form of two components, strategies and solutions of teacher training curricula, separated by curricula (formal, informal, informal, unstructured curriculum) and with the goal of preparing The formation of teachers has been identified in the educational system to realize the competencies of democratic social education. Conclusion: Therefore, examining the opportunities, facilities, and resources available to achieve these actions should be on the agenda of decision makers and educational planners. It is necessary to pay special attention to the strategies and solutions of teacher training curricula.

Abstract: 

Today, having a national brand of tourism is so important so that governments spend a lot of resources to create the National Tourism Brand, even they change their strategies over and over, regardless of the huge costs for implementation in order to be able to build a strong brand in the world tourism industry to take a greater share of the huge turnover in order to improve its economy. In this article we will try to build indicators and factors that are able to effectively investigate and determine the cause of tourism in a tourist destination, as well as the maintenance and promotion of the factors that are to be identified tourism is the tourism can be scientific and practical solutions to create a tourism brand successful. Factors such as advertising, education, tourism service providers of the importance of tourism brand, as well as personnel training managers and the public sector to the new branding strategy in the tourism industry, especially tourist destinations branding, brand management, including strategies to build, maintain and enhance the brand, to establish an integrated management are coordination between government agencies, the development and improvement of infrastructure Making a synergistic relationship between tourism destination brand value and brand value companies offering tourism services in the tourism destinations. Increase brand equity, leading to more investment in tourism destinations and the tourism boom and the resulting economic boom is the destination. The research method is descriptive in terms of purpose and functional in nature.

Abstract: 

The competitive scene that organizations have faced in recent years is indicated by a high level of dynamism. To survive under those new and changeable circumstances, the continual renewal of competitive advantage through the development of organizational and individual capacities is essential. In this relevant, some of thinker and experts claim that knowledge is the main source of sustainable competitive advantage. In order, to achieve this advantage, knowledge creating can be defined as a new opportunity for organizations. Various studies shows that organizing based on work teams is a new tendency toward favor knowledge creating, however, this is point of important that it is not enough to organize the firm around work teams, but only this teams must have special characteristics to achieve that goal. In this article we looking for identification of effective strategies in create teams favoring knowledge creating.

Abstract: 

One of the goals of a literary text is to create literary pleasure, and the more the reader's mind tries to discover it, the more enjoyable and stable it becomes. The element of rhetoric is considered one of the main elements of the literary text that is effective in creating literary pleasure, and it is the opposite of literary arrays in the field of rhetoric, which is mostly used in poetry. The poet creates opposition by placing two things against each other. Sometimes the contrast is obvious in the words and its meaning is understood without the slightest thought, and sometimes it is so hidden in the context of the poem that it cannot be revealed except through interpretation. Since the reader's mind is involved in interpretation and discovery of contrast, he gets double literary pleasure from the text. In this article, which is written in analytical-rhetorical method, interpretive contrast is introduced and analyzed as one of the types of contrast in rhetoric. Although this rhetorical element can be found in most Persian poems, in this article Hafez and Saadi's poems in Iraqi style and Saeb and Hazin in Indian style have been discussed. The interpretative contrasts of this writing have been examined in four categories: vocabulary, irony, allusion and in general in the scope of Ghazal. The results of the research show that the poets have carefully thought out and calculated the choice of words, the use of literary arrays, especially allusion and irony, as well as creating themes in sonnets, carefully and carefully to engage the audience's mind. By interpreting the text, make his literary pleasure more and more stable.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Today, despite all the efforts of officials and experts to improve the condition of the Iran's organizations, what has not yet been able to increase their efficiency and effectiveness and improve the condition is the lack of a proper theoretical framework for improving management based on cultural values ​​of Iran’s society,therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the tendency of cultural organizations in order to create organizational improvement,For this purpose, the model of Quinn and Cameron competitive values ​​framework has been used in this research. Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose, mixed in terms of approach, and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population consists of all employees of the police command center of Sistan and Baluchestan, of which 384 samples were selected in the general department (employees of the police department) and 44 people in the special department (political ideological staff). To evaluate the quantitative content validity, two relative content validity coefficients (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) and for the reliability of the research, Cronbach's alpha method was used. Descriptive and inferential analysis has also been used in data analysis. Results: Correlation coefficient and regression tests show that there is a positive and significant relationship between research variables,this means that the conceptual model of the research is 95% significant, and based on the data, the model is able to express changes. Results: Research shows that in the general part, rational culture and in the specific part, adhocracy culture are the dominant organizational cultures. The common denominator between the general and specific sections is that both sections, general and specific, focus on the external environment, with the difference that the general section emphasizes on the stability and uniformity, and the special section emphasizes on the flexibility and non-uniformity. Also in the general and specific sectors, the most effectiveness is related to the E-government, creativity and innovation variables, respectively.
